End-User License Agreement

1. Agreement and licensor

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you and Nadir Alkarbi, trading as DxG Studio (“DxG Studio”), not Apple. It governs your use of the WeOHS application, related content, and services. Apple is not responsible for WeOHS or its content.

2. Limited license

Subject to this Agreement and the applicable App Store usage rules, DxG Studio grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use WeOHS on Apple-branded products that you own or control, including use through Family Sharing or volume purchasing where Apple permits it.

3. Permitted use

You may use WeOHS for lawful occupational health and safety education and training. You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

4. Prohibited conduct

You may not:

• copy, rent, sell, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit the app except as expressly permitted;
• reverse engineer, decompile, bypass security, interfere with service operation, or access non-public systems except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• use the service unlawfully, fraudulently, to harm others, or to submit malicious or rights-infringing content;
• misrepresent a certificate, quiz result, identity, qualification, or WeOHS affiliation; or
• rely on the app as the sole source of emergency, medical, legal, engineering, regulatory, or workplace-compliance decisions.

5. Educational and safety disclaimer

WeOHS provides general educational information. It does not replace your employer's approved procedures, site-specific risk assessment, certified instruction, competent professional advice, medical diagnosis or treatment, or emergency services. Safety rules vary by workplace and jurisdiction. In urgent danger, leave the unsafe area if safe to do so, alert others, contact the responsible authority or emergency services, and follow approved local procedures.

6. AI-assisted information

The AI safety assistant may generate incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated content. You must independently verify its output against official procedures and qualified professional guidance. Do not submit confidential, personal, medical, or employer-sensitive information. AI output is not a certification, instruction from an employer, or professional opinion.

7. Accounts and certificates

You are responsible for activity under your account. Course certificates record completion within WeOHS and do not represent a government license, professional accreditation, employment authorization, or guarantee of competence unless expressly stated by an authorized issuing organization. We may suspend or terminate accounts used fraudulently or in breach of this Agreement.

8. Ownership

WeOHS, its software, branding, layout, and original content are owned by DxG Studio or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. This Agreement grants a license, not ownership. If a third party claims that WeOHS infringes intellectual-property rights, DxG Studio, not Apple, is responsible for investigating and addressing the claim as required by law.

9. Technology services and terms

WeOHS relies on our database, authentication systems, AI model, hosting infrastructure, and Apple platform services to operate. Your use of applicable platform services may be subject to their terms. You agree to comply with applicable platform terms when using WeOHS.

10. Maintenance and support

DxG Studio is solely responsible for maintenance and support of WeOHS as required by applicable law. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. Support details are available on the WeOHS Support page.

11. Warranty disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeOHS is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, certification acceptance, or safety outcome. Where a warranty cannot legally be excluded and WeOHS fails to conform, you may notify Apple for any refund of the purchase price paid through the App Store; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DxG Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of data, profits, business, opportunity, or goodwill, personal injury, property damage, or safety incidents arising from use of or reliance on WeOHS. Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Product claims

DxG Studio, not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims relating to WeOHS, including product-liability, legal or regulatory conformity, and consumer-protection claims, subject to this Agreement and applicable law.

14. Legal compliance

You represent that you are not located in a country or region subject to a United States Government embargo or designated as supporting terrorism, and that you are not listed on a United States Government restricted-party list. You must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

15. Termination

This Agreement remains effective until terminated. Your rights end automatically if you materially breach it. Upon termination, stop using and delete the app. Provisions that by nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms, will survive.

16. Governing law

Except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, this Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and applicable laws of the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts with competent jurisdiction in Dubai will have jurisdiction.

17. Apple as third-party beneficiary

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement. When you accept it, Apple has the right to enforce it against you as a third-party beneficiary.

18. Changes and contact

We may update this Agreement for future use of the service, subject to applicable law. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Questions may be sent to:
