What deletion covers
A completed account-deletion request removes the Firebase Authentication account and associated WeOHS data that we are not legally required to retain, including:
- name, email address, user ID, and profile information;
- course progress and completed sections;
- quiz results and completion dates; and
- certificate identifiers associated with the account.
Locally stored preferences can be removed by deleting the app or clearing its local data. Copies retained for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance will be isolated and deleted when the applicable retention period ends.
Request deletion
Send an email from the address registered to your WeOHS account:
Email account-deletion request
Use the subject WeOHS Account Deletion Request. We may ask you to verify control of the registered email address. Never send your password. We will confirm receipt and provide the applicable completion timeframe.
Before you delete
Account deletion is permanent. Download any certificates you need before requesting deletion. After deletion, progress and certificates cannot be recovered, and you will need to create a new account to use account-based features again.

لحذف حساب WeOHS والبيانات المرتبطة به، أرسل رسالة من البريد المسجل في الحساب إلى support@dxgstudio.com بعنوان WeOHS Account Deletion Request. لا ترسل كلمة المرور.
يشمل الحذف بيانات الملف الشخصي وتقدم الدورات ونتائج الاختبارات وتواريخ الإكمال ومعرّفات الشهادات، باستثناء ما يلزم الاحتفاظ به قانوناً. نزّل الشهادات المطلوبة قبل الحذف لأن العملية دائمة ولا يمكن التراجع عنها.
